Applications We Serve

Custom Microfluidic Chip Manufacturing

Lab-on-a-chip devices without the cleanroom lead times. We print sealed microchannels down to 20 µm — no bonding, no soft lithography, no mask costs — so you can iterate R&D chip designs in days, not months. Optically clear, biocompatible resins for diagnostics, organ-on-chip, and point-of-care development.

Minimally Invasive Surgical Device Prototyping

Catheter and endoscope components at true device scale: distal tips with 600 µm wall thickness, integrated lumens, and steerable-segment geometries that machining can’t reach. Move from CAD to functional, sterilizable prototypes fast enough to keep pace with your design freeze — and your 510(k) timeline.

Micro Connector Manufacturing — Prototype to Production

High-density connectors, sockets, and housings with micron-scale pin arrays — printed in certified high-temperature materials that survive reflow and burn-in. Our open materials platform means you’re never locked into one resin. Validate in prototype, then scale to production on the same process, same tolerances.

Micro Needles

Hollow or solid microneedle arrays in biocompatible resins, purpose-built for transdermal drug delivery, sampling, and cosmetic applications. Variable layer thickness lets us optimize each build for what matters most — sharper tip radii, stronger shafts, or open lumens — geometry by geometry.

Micro-Prototyping

When the part is too small for your machine shop, it’s right for us. Fiber optic guides and ferrules, chip sockets and test fixtures, wearable sensor housings, consumer electronics internals — if it demands micron-scale features and fast turnaround, upload the file and we’ll tell you within 24 hours if we can build it.

How It Works

Upload CAD File

Upload one part or a full assembly — STEP, STL, and native CAD formats accepted. Add your specs, tolerances, and quantities.

Engineering Review & Quote

A micro-DLP engineer reviews every file for printability, resolution limits, and material fit — then you get a firm quote within 24 hours, with DFM feedback if we see a better way to build it.

Precision Micro-DLP Printing

Your parts print at micron-scale resolution, with layer thickness and orientation optimized per geometry — not one-size-fits-all settings.

Post-Process & QC Verification

Every part is cleaned, cured, and inspected. Critical micro features are measured and confirmed under digital microscopy, and you receive a detailed build report with your parts.

Delivered to You

Production-ready parts shipped on time, with full traceability from file to finished part.

Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to adjust the questions and answers based on your specific business
and customer needs!
What file types can I upload for printing?

You can upload STL, STEP, and OBJ files, along with other widely used 3D CAD formats. These ensure compatibility across different 3D printing technologies.

How long does the quoting and printing process take?

Complex/custom jobs (packaging, specialty finishes, bulk book runs, etc.) → 2–5 business days, since suppliers may need to confirm materials, finishes, or shipping costs.

How is my data protected?

Secure File Transfers – All uploads and communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

Can you assist with optimizing my design for 3D printing?

Yes. Every project includes a design review before we print. We'll look at your files against the realities of micro-DLP — minimum feature sizes, wall thickness, aspect ratios, resin drainage for internal channels, and build orientation — and let you know if anything is likely to give us trouble at high resolution.

If we spot a concern, we won't just turn the file away. We'll come back with specific suggestions to make the part printable while keeping it true to what you're trying to achieve. The goal is a part that actually works, not just one that comes off the printer.

Send your files (STL or STEP preferred) along with your critical dimensions, target material, and intended application, and we'll go from there.

Which 3D printing technologies do you offer?

We offer printing services in two technologies out of our Agoura Hills, CA shop:

Micro-DLP — our specialty. A resin-based process built for extremely fine detail and tight tolerances, ideal when features are measured in microns: microfluidics, microneedles, and small precision components.

SLA — industrial stereolithography through our partner SoonSer, for larger resin parts that need a smooth finish and solid accuracy at a bigger build size than micro-DLP.

Beyond printing services, we're also a distributor. We resell:

• Micro-DLP printers, materials, and field service
• SoonSer industrial SLA machines and SLA materials
• Post-processing solutions from Oryx Additive
• Nylon 12 (PA-12) in white, black, and carbon-filled

Not sure which process fits your part? Send it over — we'll help you find the best approach, and we'll tell you honestly if your application is better served another way.
